Samantha Taubman joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2022. Sam’s practice focuses on real property issues including real estate, title, and escrow litigation, receiverships, commercial loan servicing, and business and health care issues. Sam graduated second in her class at Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law. While at Chapman, Sam earned numerous academic honors including thirteen (13) CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for achieving the highest grade in various courses, including Corporations, Evidence, Practice Foundation Transactions, and Mediations. During law school, Sam served on the Executive Board of Chapman’s Law Review as the Managing Editor. In this role, Sam developed valuable legal skills, furthered her legal knowledge, and edited articles to perfection. Sam also actively participated in Chapman’s Student Bar Association. Prior to law school, Sam earned her Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. She majored in Psychology and graduated magna cum laude. Sam is admitted in California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
